Okay, I messed up (well in some areas anyway). But the area I’m talking about is that I lost my consistency and got out of blogging, let my work consume me and ran myself a little dry these past few months. I’ve been so go-go that when I did get a chance to sit down to write, my mind would think of other things I needed to get done or completely just shut down. I wrote this on a Wednesday (posting now on a Friday), running off of 4 ½ hours of sleep, taught a 6 am ride (indoor cycle), then worked at the hospital for a full day (I wrote on my lunch break), and then worked at the private clinic I counsel out of and with 3 new clients. This type of schedule had become my norm, but I’ve been eager to get back to writing and focus in on my goals, so here we go!
My Goals For December:
Get back to blogging 1x/week
Write a business plan (currently it’s all in my head, time to take action!)
Develop Nutrition Counseling Packages for Current Work
Spend more Time with Family and Friends
Walk my Dog more
Share whole food holiday treats
Get my Christmas Shopping Done
Continue to work on fitness goals
Do more yoga and stretch
Hey, I just realized this, I ACTUALLY wrote a list! I’m thinking this is going to be a new thing to help keep me on track….What about you? What are your short-term goals? I’d love to hear what works for you to help accomplish them.
Getting back into the groove of blogging for the first day of December, I finally made vegan scallops out of Oyster Mushrooms! They were so delicious so stay tuned for how I cooked them 🙂
