Happy Friday and Canadian Long Weekend! The sun is shining here and its absolutely beautiful outside…crossing my fingers that it continues! What activities will you be doing for the long weekend? Possibly some camping? yard work? weddings? For me, well I am working and doing makeup, leading rides (double day!), skipping (I’ve put myself into skipping for 15 minutes daily over 2 weeks challenge), and a wedding out of town for the night Saturday.
My week has been super full leaving me with little time to sit down and write or even spend much time in the kitchen. The weekend will be the same with my schedule, so I’ll be keeping it short today and leave you a recipe for some vegan breakfast cookies that I whipped up last night!
